Surefil’s care programme begins in our customer support department which incorporates sales enquiry, order administration, product support and order tracking functions. In order to provide accurate and timely information as well as reducing enquiry wait time for each client, Surefil has invested in sophisticated computer equipment and application software to aid an already experienced and highly trained team.
